FAQ: Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Why do some  KhojCrafts products have imperfections?

Our products are handcrafted using vintage, distressed wood, old carvings, stone, metal, hand-painted accessories, and handloom fabrics. These imperfections reflect the authenticity and craftsmanship of our creations, distinguishing them from machine-made items.


2. Are the images and measurements on the website accurate?

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible through images, descriptions, and measurements. However, due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations may occur.


3. Can I return an item if I change my mind?

No, we operate on a no return and refund policy.


4. What if I receive a damaged product?

If your item arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery, along with images of the damage.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • A reverse pickup will be scheduled for eligible returns.

5. What qualifies for an exchange?

We only exchange products that are received as defective or damaged. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange for the same item.


6. How long do I have to cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Beyond this timeframe, cancellations are not accepted.


7. How soon will my order be delivered?

Orders are typically dispatched within 3-4 working days of confirmation. You will receive a notification once the product is dispatched.


8. How do I return a product for a valid reason?

To return a product, mail it to the following address along with a copy of the invoice:
