1. Where does KhojCrafts deliver?
We deliver in Pan India. We also deliver to international markets. For international deliveries, the customer is billed on actuals.
2.How does the delivery process work?
The products are typically dispatched within 3-4 Working days. confirmation depending on your destination. Once the product is dispatched for delivery we will notify you of the same. You will get regular text messages on the status of your delivery, once the product has been dispatched.
3. Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?
Yes, the shipping charges varies from product to product. You'll be notified about the shipping charges during the checkout procedure.
4. How do you deliver large, expensive pieces or breakables ? Large, High Value Products and Breakable Products are all crated and then shipped out. This prevents any breakages or damages. In case of damaged goods, you have the option of getting a full refund or we will get it shipped back and then repaired to send it out to you.
