They often represent Shrinathji in different times of the day or seasons ~ Purnima, Day, Dusk, Raas Leela, as a cowherd, etc. Visually stunning and intricately painted, this is a select collection of hand painted and embroidered Pichwais. Most of them are at the minimum of a 25 year vintage .
24 Shringar Darshan. The frame of painting shows 24 different Shringars of Shrinathji. The dressing and beautifying of the idol of Shrinathji is determined according to the seasons and the time of the day and night. The detailing on each of the 24 Shringaars is exceptional and the craftsmanship is very intricate. A collectors item, the painting is handpainted and has beautifully muted shades.
This particular piece is more than 40 years old and the detailing on this piece makes it extremely unusual and rare.
